Rates are per week.
Rentals go from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-out 10am – check in 4pm.
Down payment is 30% of the rental sum. Booking is confirmed when the down payment has been received.
Balance is due 6 weeks days before arrival.
Security deposit: 500 Euro.
